Summary: Hotel appears to be in newer condition. The flooring looks new. Bed linens were nice. Clean overall. Just a few random things that needed more attention, like behind the toilet and around the shower door. The only really bad thing that I can say is that the walls are very thin. If you are a light sleeper, consider somewhere else or all to be at the end of the hall. We were near the elevator and could hear people coming and going and talking just like they were in the room.
